The two secondary bedrooms are removed from the master suite and are separated by the main bathroom and laundry. The third bedroom offers two single beds for friends to share comfortably. The home is fully air-conditioned for year round comfort & offers everything you could possibly need in a holiday home. Ceiling fans are also provided in all rooms and television in the two queen bedrooms. For your convenience there is also secure off street parking with a double remote garage with internal access to the accommodation.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen has ocean views and opens onto a large balcony where relaxing with a cold drink in the afternoon watching the water is a must.
Located very conveniently only a couple minutes stroll to Bargara Lakes Tavern, convenience store and take away, chemist, hairdresser, waterfront picnic area and the bus stop. Bus route destinations are Kelly’s Beach, Bargara Central, City and Stockland Shopping Centre. It’s only a short 5-minute drive to the heart of Bargara & all it has to offer and 15 minutes to the attractions in Bundaberg Central.
Surf life saver patrolled Kelly’s beach is under 15 minutes walk but only a couple of minutes drive or short electric scooter ride. Easy access is also available to the oceanfront turtle trail.
